- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, but we will communicate any delays promptly.
- Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping services within Kenya. Our delivery network covers major cities, towns, and rural areas to ensure all our customers can enjoy access to quality electronics.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Nairobi: Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Other Locations: For orders outside Nairobi, delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on the distance and accessibility of the location.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take up to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Nairobi Deliveries: Shipping fees for deliveries within Nairobi are calculated based on the weight and size of the package. Standard rates typically start from KES 500.
- Outside Nairobi: For deliveries to other parts of Kenya, shipping costs depend on the location, package size, and courier services used. Charges will be displayed during checkout.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a specific amount. These promotions will be communicated on our website and social media platforms.
5. Delivery Methods
We work with trusted courier services and in-house delivery teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of your items. Our delivery partners are experienced in handling electronics with care to avoid damage during transit.
6. Delivery Tracking
- After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

7. Failed Deliveries

- Missed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged package, please notify us immediately. Take photos of the damage and email them to info@electropoint.co.ke. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to locate the package or issue a replacement/refund as necessary.
9. Special Shipping Instructions
- If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as preferred delivery times or directions for accessing your location, please include them in the “Notes” section during checkout or notify our team directly.
- Additional charges may apply for urgent or same-day deliveries.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to Kenya. However, we are exploring options to expand our reach and will update this policy accordingly.
